This conference is organized by the Indonesian Association of Food Technologists (IAFT/PATPI), Southeast Asian Food & Agricultural Science and Technology (SEAFAST) Center and together with the Department of Food Science and Technology, IPB University.

Within this announcement, we would like to open the abstract submission that will be presented during Oral Presentations of the Technical Sessions (There are no Poster Presentations available).
