PATPI INFO

As in previous years, in 2021 PATPI once again intends to publish a book which is a collection of the thinking ideas of its members. PATPI’s new book is planned to be published with the title Food Technology Innovation Towards a Golden Indonesia.

For that matter, PATPI invites all members to contribute as authors in the book. Criteria for the manuscripts is it must be in the form of popular scientific writings (which prioritize the scientific side), concepts, ideas and core research results which are divided into several aspects, namely:
(1) utilization of local food ingredients,

(2) development of traditional food technology,

(3) technological innovation for the food industry,

(4) food fortification to improve nutrition, and

(5) other relevant topics (food safety, halal and the like).
