Is a conference carried on once every five years since 2011. Organized by Department of Food Technology, Widya Mandala Surabaya Catholic University, Indonesia.
IFC 2021 will be held in November 3rd, 2021. Unfortunately, due to COVID 19 pandemic, this year IFC will be an online conference using ZOOM as an online platform.
The topic of this conference is “Innovation of Food in the New Normal Era” which will emphazise the role of food as one essential contributors to the combat against COVID 19. The scope of the conference are groupped into categories such as Food Availability, Food Process and Product development, Fermented Food, and Functional Food and Gut Health, and other related food research.
