Brief News: “The 2nd International Conference on Food Technology and Nutrition (November 3 – 4, 2023, Bali, Indonesia)”

After successfully holding the first International Conference on Food Technology and Nutrition (IC-FTN) which was held in Medan, North Sumatera in 2021, IAFT again holding the second IC-FTN. The 2nd IC-FTN, scheduled to take place on November 3-4, 2023, will serve as an important forum for discussing various topics related to the food technology and nutrition. The event will feature several prominent keynote speakers in their respective fields, including H. Arief Prasetyo Adi, ST., MT. (Head of The National Food Agency), Prof. Aman Wirakartakusumah (President of IUFoST), Peter J. Batt, Ph.D. (University of Western Australia) and Prof. Anil Kumar Anal (Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand).

The conference will cover a wide range of topics of interest, including Current Trends in Food Technology and Nutrition, Food Processing and Engineering, Food Fermentation and Biotechnology, Culinary and Gastronomy, Food Chemistry and Functional Food, Food Safety, Quality, and Policy.
